RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process.
Exchanges:
- Eligibility: If you need a different size or color, we offer exchanges within 14 days of the shipping date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all tags attached.
- Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at team@club002.shop with your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange. We will provide you with exchange instructions.
Store Credit:
- Eligibility: If you prefer, we can issue store credit for returned items instead of a refund to your original payment method.
- Issuance: Store credit will be issued in the form of discount code that can be used on future purchases. The store credit will be processed and sent to you via email once your return is received and inspected.
- Usage: Store credit can be used for any products on our website and has no expiration date.
- Non-Refundable Items: Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Returns:
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of the shipping date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all tags attached.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at team@club002.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Return Shipping: We offer free return shipping for exchanges, defective items, or purchases over $100. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Or opt for store credit, and we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds:
- Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Non-Refundable Items: Final sale items are nonrefundable.
Defective or Damaged Items:
- Reporting: If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product at team@club002.shop with your order number and a photo of the defect or damage.
- Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible, including covering any return shipping costs.
